Our Story
  • It’s All About Trust was founded by a group of women who saw a need for something different.

  • Too many people hear the word “trust” and assume it’s only for the wealthy, the legally trained, or those with complicated estates. We believe trust principles are far more practical than that.

  • Trust touches everyday life - how we steward resources, care for family, organize responsibilities, preserve what matters, and build with intention.

  • What began as a shared pursuit of learning grew into a community centered on stewardship, deepening knowledge and practical application. Today, through courses, conversations, and our podcast, we help others explore trusts in a way that is understandable, empowering, and grounded in real life.

  • We’re not here to impress with jargon. We’re here to make complex ideas clear and usable.

Sabine Michela

Sabine is the founder of It’s All About Trust and serves as its lead educator and curriculum steward. With a background in education and a gift for making complex ideas understandable, she helps others recognize trust principles already present in everyday life. Through thoughtful teaching and intentional guidance, Sabine equips members to grow in clarity, confidence, and practical stewardship, turning understanding into something lived, not just learned.

Jennifer Elizabeth

Jennifer serves as a founding steward and educator within It’s All About Trust (IAAT), helping others grow in confident trust administration rooted in truth and practical stewardship. With decades of bookkeeping experience, an entrepreneurial background, and a heart for teaching, she brings structure, clarity, and faithful guidance to trust operations and everyday application. Whether teaching, creating curriculum, or serving her family, Jennifer leads with steady encouragement and purpose.

Brenda Shannon

Brenda Shannon Pandos is a founding steward of It’s All About Trust (IAAT), helping people move from simply learning about trust to confidently living it out. With a background in banking, a heart for practical stewardship, and a life shaped by faith and resilience, she brings clarity, encouragement, and real-world guidance to the community. As a devoted wife, mother, author, and mentor, Brenda is passionate about helping others build with purpose, walk in confidence, and create lasting change.

Andrea Gail

Andrea is a supporting steward of It’s All About Trust (IAAT), guiding a small group as they learn to establish and administer their trusts with clarity and confidence. She is a woman of faith, a loving wife, and a devoted mama bear, with a wide range of experience spanning banking, cosmetology, human resources, and natural health. While she may be quiet and often behind the scenes, Andrea has a heart for serving others and is passionate about helping people feel supported, empowered, and confident as they build trust structures that will protect and sustain their families for generations to come.

Katia Z

Katia Zamar Keen is an educator, interpreter, and steward devoted to faith, family, and truth lived out in daily life. With a doctorate degree, years of college teaching experience, and service as a Master-level interpreter for the Deaf, she brings wisdom, clarity, and steady guidance to the community. Through moderation and mentorship, Katia helps others grow in confidence, responsibility, and faithful stewardship rooted in practical trust living.
