Declaration of Purpose
It’s All About Trust operates exclusively within private equity jurisdiction under the stewardship of the Kavod Tsedek Private Express Trust. This association is unincorporated and not subject to public administrative oversight. Its purpose is to foster private education, discussion, and service within a protected trust-based framework.

 Membership Covenant
- I affirm my participation in the It’s All About Trust private association under the Kavod Tsedek Private Express Trust.
- I agree to keep all association matters private and not to share member content, communications, or private materials without express permission.
- I will respect all private discussions, events, and communications shared among members.
- I accept full personal responsibility for how I use any information or services received within this trust.
- I agree to provide a monthly stewardship offering in support of the association’s continuity and operations, and to keep my access credentials private.
- I understand that my participation is based on trust and equity, and I agree to remain in honor and peace with fellow members.
- I agree to bring any concerns to the trustees in a timely, private, and respectful manner.
- I understand that dishonor, harmful conduct, or breach of trust may result in exclusion from this association.
- I affirm my private standing and my commitment to mutual dignity, equity, and trust.
- I understand that all members share in the responsibility of maintaining a supportive and honorable environment.

 Remedy and Accountability
Should a material breach of this trust occur, the trustees reserve the right to initiate a private review. Outcomes may include exclusion, restoration of equity, and other remedies aligned with the principles of fairness, not punishment. This association does not claim jurisdiction in any public or statutory court.

 Closing Affirmation
By participating in this private association, I affirm that I do so willingly, in full understanding of the principles of private trust, equity, and mutual respect. I commit to acting in honor, to upholding the private nature of this association, and to contributing to its integrity.
